USA Overnight Shipping & Handling - Please understand that choosing Overnight does not necessarily mean your order will be in your hands tomorrow. While most orders do ship on the same day, depending on when your order is received, some will be shipped on the following day. You will receive your order 1-2 days after the order has been processed, which in most cases is within 24 hours. We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays or Major US Holidays.

For all Canadian shipments, U.S. Security Solutions will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office.

Save on Shipping

We offer shipping discounts on combined purchases.

The most inexpensive way to ship is by FedEX Ground.
The more you buy, the less your shipping cost is as a percentage of your total amount and on a per unit basis. For example, shipping one DVR may cost $20, however shipping four DVRs may cost only $40
Shipping cost goes up almost exponentially in the sequence of FedEX Ground, Express Saver, 2Day Air, Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight and First Overnight. FedEx does NOT guarantee air delivery to residential addresses.

 

Processing & Shipping  Time

Will usually ship within 1 (one) to 2 (Two) business days of receiving cleared payment.

We ship M-F. All orders paid before 2pm Eastern Time will be processed that day M-F.

All orders paid after 2pm Eastern Time will be processed the following business day

Excluding weekends and major US holidays.

FedEx is our main carrier, however, we reserve the right to use a different one when more convenient.

 

Back Orders

In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).

 

Shipping insurance

Insurance is optional, but recommended (based on location and shipping service)

All FedEx shipments are insured for damage and missing packages by FedEx up to $100 (unless insurance is added). U.S. Security Solutions is not responsible for any physical damage to products by shipping company.
Choose the Adult Signature Required if you don't want the FedEx driver to leave your package at your doorstep. U.S. Security Solutions is NOT responsible for any loss or damage due to packages left at your doorstep by FedEx drivers.
